The petitioner seeks bail in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 333 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant in his FIR has stated that he was on patrolling duty and during vehicle checking Md. Imran Khan who was driving the motorcycle was asked to stop the motorcycle but he tried to flee away with the motorcycle and was apprehended by the police. He was unable to produce any ownership paper of the motorcycle and after scrutiny it was found that the said motorcycle was stolen on 2/3.05.2018. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case as he was only a pillion

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39760 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 rider and had taken lift to go to the market. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 07.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XVth, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S.
