The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 266 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 20, 21, 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.01.2019. He further submits that in the instant case 8 kg. Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and quantity of Ganja is not commercial, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
