2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 567 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner was married with the victim in the year 2007 and has got three children. He is suspected to have killed the deceased. In the inquest report, it has come that the victim was suffering from some illness and no proper treatment was done. The petitioner is in jail since 07.10.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19398 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Ist, Naugachia, DistrictBhagalpur in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 567 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
