The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2018 dated 01.04.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

A burglary had been committed in a mobile shop by unknown miscreants. Later, the petitioner was arrested on the basis of confession of one co-accused Pradeep Kumar Singh. From the possession of the petitioner, four mobile telephones and four ear-phones were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in fact the entire recovery has been from the house of Pradeep Kumar Singh who has

The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 07.05.2018.

For the aforestated facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-4, Darbhanga in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2018.
