The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 137 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Considering the order dated 08.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32371 of 2020 (Annexure-2), the present anticipatory bail application is also allowed.
