The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand and disposing of the dead body.

Considering the thrust of the accusation against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 319 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26771 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petitioner stands dismissed.
