JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2024 This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 21.10.2019 passed in Gopalpur P.S Case No. 112/2018 (G.R. No. 3135 of 2018) passed by the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Patna by which cognizance has been taken under Section 341, 323, 504, 506, 385/34 of the IPC.

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the grounds at the time of framing of charge.

3. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
