Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.355 of 2017, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner posing himself as a government employee was engaged in checking the motorcycles.

Submission is that only Rs.350/- was found in possession of the petitioner and was using name plate as Bihar Rashtriya Apraadh Janch Bureau. However, the petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2017 and prior to institution of the present case, there was no other criminal antecedent.
