We dispose off the writ petition with a direction that in case, the petitioner makes a representation to the Managing Director, Bihar Medical Services and Infrastructure Corporation Limited, Patna within two weeks from today, he shall take a decision thereon within two weeks thereafter. In case, it is found that any outstanding amount is due, it shall be paid to the petitioner forthwith.
