The petitioners are in custody in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 250 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a), 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody in connection with seizure of 40.5 liters liquor. Learned counsel submits that there is no recovery from their conscious possession but from the car, the petitioner was arrested as he was in drunken condition. The petitioners are in custody since 26.05.2018.

Case No. 250 of 2018, Special Case No. 4939 of 2018.
