JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For setting aside the order dated 4.11.2022 passed by the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Angan bari Appeal No 9 of 2020-21 allowing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4922 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/3 said appeal preferred on behalf of the Respondent No 12 after setting aside the order dated 6.7.2020 passed by the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur in Angan Bari Case No 48/2020 whereby and whereunder the appointment of the Respondent No 12, was Cancelled.

(ii) For confirmation of the aforesaid order dated 6/7/2020 issued by the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur vide Memo No 1554/Pro dated 6.7.2020 in Angan Bari Case No 48/2020 whereby and whereunder the appointment of the Respondent No 12 on the Post of Angan Bari Sevika for Centre No 256 in Ladaur Gram Panchayat P.S. and Circle-Gaighat District-Muzaffarpur has been cancelled.

(iii) For reinstatement of the petitioner on the post of Angan Bari Sevika in Gram Panchayat-Ladaur Centre No 256 P.S. and Circle Gaighat DistrictMuzaffarpur as she has been removed from the said post in view of the order aforesaid dated 4.11.22. passed by the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Angan Bari Appeal No 9/2020-21."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4922 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 3/3 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
