Besides the fact that no ground for review of the order in question is made out specially, in the background that even the Division Bench refused to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge, the Review Application is also delayed by more than 01 year, 04 months and 18 days.
Patna High Court C. REV. No.252 of 2014 (4) dt.26-08-2015 Even if the limitation aspect is ignored, the review even otherwise is required to be dismissed as no interference is warranted with the order in question.
The Review Application stands rejected along with limitation petition.
