agreed that in view of Division Bench judgment of this Court in case of State of Bihar and others Vs. Sunil Kumar and others (LPA No. 1057 of 2011) dated 09.09.2014, the petitioners have no case on merits.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed in the light of the said judgment of the Division Bench of this Court dated 09.09.2014 passed in LPA No. 1057 of 2011.
