2. The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:

"That the present petition has been filed with a prayer for quashing the order dated 22/11/2014 passed by the Learned Special Judge, Vigilance (Trap), Patna in Special Case no. 31/2006 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 52/2006, by which the application filed by the petitioner under section 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for supply of documents in order to enable him to prefer the discharge petition and further for preparation of his defence during the trial has been rejected."

3. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7067 of 2015(3) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 that during the pendency of the present application, on a prayer made by the petitioner, the Court below has directed the public prosecutor to hand over documents and partly the same have been made available to him and with regard to some other documents also, it has been undertaken that copies would be supplied. He, thus, submitted that the matter be disposed off in light of the subsequent developments, as indicated above.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off.
