2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners' case is squarely covered by judgment dated 13.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.16104 of 2024.

In view of the aforesaid, the impugned pay verification certificate issued vide Receipt No. 2507220901275 dated 06.08.2024 (petitioner no.1), Receipt No. 2507220901330 dated 06.08.2024 (petitioner no.2), Receipt No. 2507220901365 dated 06.08.2024 (petitioner no.3) and Receipt No.2607220900039 dated 06.08.2024 (petitioner no.4), under the signature of the authorized officer, Pay Verification Cell, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna is hereby

Patna High Court CWJC No.4211 of 2025(2) dt.20-03-2025 3/3 quashed and the matter is remanded back to the State authorities for expeditious consideration, in accordance with law.

4. It goes without saying that the petitioners, in the meantime, are entitled to receive pension and post retirement benefits on their earlier pay scale.

5. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of.
