Though, there happens to be specific allegation attributed in the first information report which found corroborated with the injury report but, after going through the order impugned, it is apparent that parties have compromised the case on account of restoration of good feeling amongst them which should not be disturbed without any cogent reason. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to appear before the learned lower Court with a prayer for bail which, the learned lower Court will consider favourably taking into account the subsequent event having materialized amongst the parties.
