The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that both the petitioners alongwith others came inside the courtyard of the informant, the petitioner no. 1 Lalit Kapar assaulted the informant with tubelight on his head and on chest, petitioner no. 2 Rupam Devi alleged to have assaulted the wife of the informant on her head. Submission is that the occurrence took place on 28.03.2015, but the informant gave his written report on 03.04.2015, on the basis of which the present FIR was lodged on 04.04.2015. The case was lodged after a week and no satisfactory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26590 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 explanation was given. It is further submitted that the petitioners are neighbours of the informant and injuries are simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in Pupri P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
