The petitioner is in custody in connection with Speical (Excise) Case Case No. 619 of 2017, arising out of Salkhua (Banma Itahari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 258 of 2017 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 9 liters liquor and he is in custody since 30.05.2018.
