JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2021 Heard Sri Krishna Pratap Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection Bettiah Town P.S. Case no. 810 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, sections 411, 413 and 414 IPC have been added. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2020 and charge sheet has been submitted. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner further submits that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the informant alleges that this petitioner made duplicate key and helped the accused in breaking the lock of the informant's shop from where it is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27910 of 2021(2) dt.22-11-2021 2/2 alleged that mobiles worth of more than Rs 7 lac has been stolen. He next submits that house of the petitioner was raided but nothing was recovered except Rs 18000/- which was his money and no stolen mobile was recovered from his possession. Learned APP vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts that petitioner is person with clean antecedent and charge sheet has been submitted, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Bettiah Town P.S. Case no. 810 of 2020.
