The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 504, 506, 427, 354, 448, 307, 380 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case, in short, is that the informant had gone to Masjid to offer Nawaz and when he was returning along with others the petitioner and other F.I.R. named co-accused brutally assaulted him and looted away house hold articles. On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that there is a case and counter case, being Kishanpur P.S. Case No.147/2014. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26383 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 antecedent. Further from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that the matter has been compromised between the parties. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the first information report.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Supaul in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
