JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant's motorcycle was robbed leading to registration of FIR against six unknown. Name of the petitioner sprang up in the confession of co accused Randhir Bhagat. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner only on confession the petitioner has been roped in the present case.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within
