JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chautham P.S.Case No. 122 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant's husband dead body was found by the side of the river.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no one is the eye witness in this case even the informant and only material transpires during investigation is that petitioner's son (Sanoj Muni) had called the deceased from his house and petitioner is father of Sanoj Muni and had no enmity with the deceased and petitioner has clean antecedent and police has submitted charge sheet in the matter.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

No.57604 of 2017 (3) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 the petitioner, namely, Ram Kishore @ Ram Kishore Muni is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Brajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 122 of 2017.
