2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366/366A. Chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 366A/376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim girl was in relationship with the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 01.12.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail
