A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties in which it is stated that the amount of D.A. admissible was calculated to Rs. 1,28,167/- and the same has also been released by cheque dated 6.1.2015 to the college in question with the direction to pay the amount to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that so far as the order under contempt is concerned, the same has now been fully complied with. He however, submits that with regard to the amount of D.A. and H.R.A. with effect from 1.1.2006 till

Patna High Court MJC No.2145 of 2012 (10) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 March, 2010 there is an ongoing dispute between the employees and the University and he may be permitted to raise the same in appropriate proceedings.

The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.

The petitioner shall have liberty to raise the issue above in appropriate proceedings.
