The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 11 of the Animal Cruelty Act. The police apprehended three persons namely Bhagat Ram, Darshan Nat and Nasaruddin Nat and from their possession some cattle were recovered. It was suspected that the cattle were stolen one. The apprehended persons disclosed the name of the petitioners.
It is submitted that the cattle were not stolen one. Bhagat Ram and others have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26896 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in Thakaraha (Bhitaha) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
