Petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2018 in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, an scuffle took place between the parties and case and counter case has been lodged by both the parties but no specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner and the petitioner is rotting in custody for more than one and half month. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the
