2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 11(A)(D)(E)(F) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.

3. This petitioner along with 5-6 unknown persons is alleged that they were taking cattle to Nepal through Jhajhari Don Canal. On chase, the petitioner fled away and police team recovered 6 buffaloes, 4 big buffalo calves and 7 small buffalo calves. Petitioner has got 6 criminal antecedents of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
