2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 122 of 2024 arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 572 of 2012 registered for the offence under Sections 20, 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. It is a case of misuse of bail. The charge has been framed. Petitioner is in custody since 3.01.2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will cooperate in the trial and shall appear in the Court below on the dates fixed either personally or through his lawyer.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

5. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 572 of 2012.
