This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. of Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 54/15 dated 26.03.2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 304 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned A.P.P. has pointed out that this case is of the year 2015 and, therefore, in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed. If the investigation is still pending, this Court directs that the same ought to be completed within a period of three months from today.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may take the recourse to the remedies to which he is entitled under the law.
