Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 21.12.2021 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 11451 of 2021, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on his surrendering before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of that order.

However, for the reasons stated in the modification application, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the time as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29074 of 2024(2) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 directed by this Court and take advantage of the order dated 21.12.2021.

The order dated 21.12.2021 is modified to the extent that in case the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, he will be accorded the privilege under the order dated 21.12.2021 with the same terms and conditions.

The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
