The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402, 412/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one loaded country made pistol, two live cartridges and mobiles are recovered in this case. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10-01-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One loaded country made pistol, two live cartridges and mobiles are alleged to have been recovered. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. K. Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018.
