2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A, 34 IPC registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 893-C of 2013.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner is willing to keep his wife with due dignity and honour and the OP No. 2 has also expressed her willingness to live with the petitioner. It is common ground that in connection with Cr. Misc. No. 35116 of 2014 has been referred to the Mediation Centre and the matter is progressing. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39599 of 2014 (2) dt.19-03-2015 petitioner further states that he is already making payment to OP No. 2 which is not denied by the OP No. 2.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K.Roy, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Complaint Case No. 893-C of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
