JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners produces before me an order dated 17.09.2013 passed by this court in CWJC No. 6698/1997 in which also the present petitioners were the petitioners and seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to approach the civil court of competent jurisdiction for an appropriate relief admissible to the petitioners under the law.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of private respondent No.4 does not have any objection to such prayer. This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty, as aforesaid.
