Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ara Rail P.S. Case No.67 of 2017, registered under Sections 392/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article was recovered from possession of the petitioner rather looted mobile and money was recovered from Shrawan Pandey and Raju Hasmi, other accused persons, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and has been in custody since 30.08.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
