The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 147, 149, 337, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant being a police officer went to arrest the petitioner in Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code when the accused persons abused the police party and assaulted with fists and slaps as a result petitioner escaped from the scene. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequently the petitioner has been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23403 of 2016 (2) dt.24-05-2016 2/2 anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 22787 of 2016 in Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016 and no injury was caused to anyone. In view of this Court, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail by the learned court below, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi. Accordingly, this application is disposed of. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
