The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted, by referring to the show cause, filed in the present case that the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, by an order dated 8.11.2022, has already rejected the application of the petitioners for grant of arms license, hence, it is submitted that the order of this Court dated 3.9.2019, passed in CWJC No. 17674 of 2019 has already stood complied with.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid order dated 8.11.2022. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
