2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 596 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 303(2), 74 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner inflicted deadly 'axe' blow on the head of the injured who suffered grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. He has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16960 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 connection with the present case. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 23.12.2024 having no criminal antecedent.

5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant submits that her husband sustained grievous injury and he got treated for three months in the P.M.C.H.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, presently, I am not inclined to granted him privilege of bail, which is accordingly rejected.

7. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months from today.
