JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 248 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 420/467/468/464/470/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner and the informant applied for the post of Angan Bari Sevika of Centre no. 177 and as per the merit list, the petitioner has been selected for the said post but the same has been opposed by the other side on the ground that the petitioner has wrongly been selected as her marks is higher than the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27925 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady and has got no criminal antecedent. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 248 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
