This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 by the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge, III, Begusarai, vide order dated 05.12.2025 in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.312 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 and 3 on the ground that they are alleged to have caught hold the deceased.

I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3. The Court below has granted bail to the opposite party nos. 2 to 3 on the ground that they are woman and the opposite party no.2 is aged about 72 years and opposite party no.3 is married daughter of the accused family. The petitioner has not been able to show any good ground to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party nos.2 to 3.

In view of the above, I do not find any illegality or infirmity in the impugned order. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
