Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25A (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2017. Though the petitioner is named in the FIR, submission is that no other material has come against the petitioner during investigation and the investigation is closed now.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50362 of 2017 (4) dt.02-01-2018 case is pending in connection with Paroo Police Station Case No.75 of 2010, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
