The petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 34348/2014 and the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 34382/2014 apprehend their arrest in Punpun P.S. Case No. 21 of 2014 registered under Section 436 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(I)(X) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The informant made allegation that the petitioners set

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34348 of 2014 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 ablaze the hut meant for the pigs and also assaulted Sanjay Manjhi and Badri Manjhi.

It is submitted that from three accused persons, namely, Ajit Kumar, Bishwakarma Kumar and Ajay Kumar Sinha @ Ajay Singh have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24329/2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 26269/2014. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. There is omnibus and general allegation against the accused persons, out of whom, three accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna in Punpun P.S. Case No. 21/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
