The petitioners are in custody since 17.08.2017 in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 156 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioners were found using stolen motorcycle and were unable to produce any paper indicating that they have purchased the said motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were not aware that the said motorcycle was stolen one. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. - IX, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 156 of 2017.
