JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (A) (i) To direct the Respondent Authorities concerned to declare the petitioner as successful candidates against the Employment Notice No. 01 of 2016 issued for appointing Clerks in the Subordinates Courts of Bihar.

(ii) To direct the Respondents to give Appointment Letter in favour of the petitioner on the basis of merit against the Employment Notice No. 01 of 2016 and other consequential benefit as per the merit position.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
