2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No.116 of 2020, registered for the offences under Sections 120B, 302, 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., brother of the informant consumed toddy and thereafter, he died. Petitioner is one of the person who has also consumed toddy with the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2020 and he claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
