JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S.Case No. 239 of 2017 registered under Section 395of the Indian penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except confessional statement of the petitioner, there is no material against him and he has been made accused in the FIR only on the basis of miscreants naming one of them as Kalindra and police has also submitted charge sheet against the petitioner, however, charge has not been framed.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Kalindra Yadav @ Kalindra Ji @ Kalindra Yadav @ Kalindar Yadav is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57717 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi in connection with Dhanarua P.S.Case No. 239 of 2017 with condition that one of the bailors must be his close family relative and he shall be present on each and every date before the trial court and in absence on two consecutive dates, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
