This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Tajpur P.S. Case No.135 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 406, 419, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have cheated an amount of Rs.2,56,170/- from the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
