JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Town PS case no. 591 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of Indian Penal Code and 25(1B)A, 26(ii), 35 of Arms Act.

The allegation is that while the petitioner and other accused persons were planning for committing some crime, the police had apprehended them and as far as the petitioner is concerned, one knife and one mobile phone were recovered from his possession.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that barring one case in which the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail, the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case.

No.49847 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 For the reasons stated hereinabove, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur PS case no. 591 of 2017.
