The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 03 of 2021 registered under Section s 411, 414 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in the instant case. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27881 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 03 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
