Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
The son of this petitioner is suspected to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. Submission is that the matter is of love affairs. Both are residing together. Both families are neighbours. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58512 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Samastipur Muffasil Police Station Case No. 532 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
