Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification in the condition regarding payment of money in installment due to poor financial condition of the petitioner and further undertakes to repay the remaining amount of Rs. 48 lacs and odd amount in two installments in succeeding three months and thereafter in another three months. It is submitted that the first installment of Rs. twenty four lacs was already deposited at the time of furnishing bail bond.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41235 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 regarding period for depositing the money by petitioner is modified to the extent that he shall deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 48,12,074/- in two equal installments, first one in three months and second in succeeding three months and other condition shall remain the same.
